On Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 9 am Impact Strength and Performance, a local gym in Bellevue, will be hosting a Boot Camp for AOK Friends and we are trying to get as many people in the door to raise as much money as possible!
Whether you're a member or a non- member of Impact, everyone is welcome - and everyone pays a minimum $10 donation to participate in the fun 45 minute boot camp. Best part - 100% of the proceeds go towards our organization if we get just 10 people there!
They started doing this just 2 years ago and since have raised almost $50,000 for local charities and families. We need a minimum of ten people to represent AOK Friends to collect 100% of the donations. If we can't bring 10 friends, family, and/or people associated with our organization - Impact will donate 50% of the proceeds towards their athlete scholarship fund.
The Impact team does a great job making sure that all the workouts are fun, effective, and are safe for ALL fitness levels with the modifications available for each exercise. So whether you work out all the time or have never set foot in a gym – the Impact team is there to help and make sure your experience there is awesome and safe.
You can check out more information about the program and pre-register for the event by clicking this link: https://travis.leadpages.net/february-7-aok/
